Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and optimize social media initiatives for our e-commerce clients. In this role, you will mentor a social media team, manage high-level client relationships, and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in social media management, team leadership, client engagement, and problem-solving within major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the social media team to ensure strategic alignment with the overall digital marketing goals. Foster a collaborative, creative, and innovative team environment.
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO): Develop and implement effective SMO strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Social Media Ads Expertise : Create social media ads campaigns [Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest & Linkedin] for eCommerce clientele as a part of overall social media marketing strategy. Ensure efficient use of budgets and resources to maximize ROI for e-commerce clients.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce clients, understanding their specific business needs and delivering customized social media solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Problem Solving & Meta Support: Act as the go-to expert for resolving issues on social media platforms, particularly Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Maintain a strong relationship with platform support teams to address and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Premium Client Handling: Manage and nurture relationships with premium clients, ensuring their social media presence drives impactful results. Provide high-level service and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns and strategies to ensure continuous improvement and optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management with a strong focus on team leadership, client handling for both organic & paid campaigns, and e-commerce industry experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working with e-commerce clients, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and needs in the digital space.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in social media advertising, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Strong familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues independently and maintain platform relationships (Meta support) without needing senior management intervention.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and platform support teams.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Strong client management skills with the ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction through premium service and tailored social media strategies.
