Mastroke, a dynamic Digital Marketing and Advertising Company based in Lucknow, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership qualities and expertise in the Digital Marketing and Business Growth domain.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for extracting leads using Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other similar tools, as well as engaging with prospects on LinkedIn and via email.
  • Lead Generation: Utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other tools to identify potential leads and extract their contact information, such as email addresses and phone numbers and actively engaging with potential leads on LinkedIn by sending connection requests, personalized messages, and emails.
  • Developing and using effective phone scripts that outline key talking points and help guide the conversation with prospects. Personalized and tailored script to address the specific pain points and needs of the leads.
  • Crafting compelling emails personalized, engaging, and focused on generating interest and qualified appointment campaigns to reach out to leads.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with leads through consistent and thoughtful follow-up, along with establishing trust, and credibility and increasing the likelihood of conversion in the long run.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of a company’s product or service offerings to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential leads.
  • Conducting initial qualifying conversations to assess the fit between the lead’s needs and your product or service, involving probing questions and gathering relevant information to determine if there is a potential for a qualified appointment.
  • Tracking and documenting your activities, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of leads generated, appointments set, conversions, and revenue generated.
  • Active Listening and Objection Handling: Actively listening to prospects during phone calls, understanding their concerns or objections, and addressing them effectively.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in selling digital marketing services for customers.
  • Should have Experience doing cold calling and generating leads.
  • Sales experience in the Western market is a must.
  • Experience working on tools like Sales Navigator, Upwork Etc.
  • Experience with CRM software like Hub Spot, Click Up Etc.
  • Present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals, and getting agreements.
