We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Copywriter to join ourteam.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in managing social media accounts, developing engaging content, and working with clients. You will be responsible for handling client communications and reporting to the Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Create visual content using graphic design tools and collaborate with designers and photographers as needed.
Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients.

Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to create and implement effective social media strategies.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any concerns or questions.
Social Media Strategy:

Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies that align with client goals and target audience.

Monitor and analyze social media trends, tools, and applications to optimize performance.
Community Engagement:

Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Foster a positive community and add value to the users’ experience.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

Generate monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics and insights.

Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Collaborate with influencers and other external partners to enhance social media presence.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.

Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
